We are a passionate team with decades of experience as startup founders, technology investors and operators, and are here to help people make an impact. We’ve built a team that brings executional experience, creativity, and unwavering conviction to the table.

Vaishali holds over two decades of expertise in the Finance, Banking, Insurance and Real Estate sector.

She is the founder of the Analah Group and oversees investment transactions worth more than USD 900 million. She leads investments for the group's Private Equity, Insurance, and Real Estate sectors. She leads investments for Analah Ventures with a focus on venture capital, early-stage and Pre IPO investments. Her recommendations have generated multi-bagger returns for onshore and offshore investors. Her foresight and stock picking abilities in private markets has helped investors and institutions diversify their portfolio, in turn generating high returns.

Vaishali is a Chartered Accountant by profession, along with a Diploma in Systems Management (DNIIT). She has also held various senior positions in leading organizations such as ICICI Bank and National Payments Corporation of India (set up by the Reserve Bank of India & Indian Banking Association).



Hitesh is reckoned as a reputable, thoughtful & an action-oriented leader with proven success in Asset Management, Investments and Fundraising. He is responsible for the strategy, growth, and performance of the Analah group.

His sectoral experience is around Equity, Real Estate and Technology. He has been a key core member of Banks, Asset Management Companies, Real Estate Funds, Housing Finance and NBFCs and has worked with top notch organizations.

Hitesh has worked as a senior member with equity platforms Like Nippon (erstwhile Reliance Mutual Fund), SBI Mutual Fund, and Mirae Asset Mutual Fund. He has completed his BCom (Accounting HONS), Software Engineering in Systems Management (GNIIT) and holds a Masters in Business Administration & SMP from Indian Institute of Management- Calcutta.
